I am a certified, insured notary with a passion to serve the people of Philadelphia. I have been a public notary since 2020.
As a public notary, my philosophy is to make your document signing process efficient and convenient for you.
I believe that you should not have to work hard to find a reliable competent public notary.
General Notary
As an official representative of the state of Pennsylvania, a Certified Notary Public, I ensure the proper execution of many of the private
citizens’ life-changing documents. The various transactions such as real estate, grant powers of attorney, establish a prenuptial agreement or
perform the multitude of other activities that enable our civil society to function. These official acts are called notarizations, or notarial
acts. I am publicly commissioned as a “ministerial” official, meaning that I am expected to follow written rules without the exercise of
significant personal discretion, as would otherwise be the case with a “judicial” official.
Loan Signing Agent
Notary Signing Agents (NSAs) facilitate loan closings for the mortgage finance industry. As your Notary Signing Agent – NSA, I am trained to handle loan document signings. Title companies and signing services.
When you hire me, I will deliver loan documents to borrowers, oversee the signing and return the documents to you promptly.
Notary Signing Agents are the critical final link to complete the loan. A Notary Signing Agent is hired as an independent contractor to ensure that real estate loan documents are executed by the borrower, notarized, and returned for processing on time. Completing this critical part of
the loan process enables the loan to be funded.
Ron-Remote Online Notary
To Comply with COVID-19 health emergency, many state-issued emergency measures allowing Notaries to perform remote online notarizations during the crisis.
With remote notarization, I will personally appear at the time of the notarization using audio-visual technology over the internet instead of being physically present in the same room. Remote online notarization is also called webcam notarization, online notarization, or virtual notarization.
